Mindslim

Gosh goodness. i am finally able to blog again. i didnt manage to remember the password of my account but now I have it on my phone, in case i suffer from memory injuries again, haha
you know what? i have been doing the whole mindslim mindset again. Together with my new morning routine: green tea. Seriously, green tea makes me feel nauseous. It makes me want to puke. It absolutely cant beat coffee. what I do is: I hold my breath whenever my upper lip is about to open wide to sip a few drips of green tea. Then I keep holding my breath for a few seconds until the smell disappears and it is swallowed perfectly.
Because of mindslim by juli triharto, last year i was able to lose 7 kilos in less than a month, only by programming my subconscious mind. i went back to my fat body because of the lebaran ketupats. blaming others but me, hehee.
However, for the past two weeks I have been back on practising my swimming ability. hasnt shown much improvement but it is okay i guess. Most of the time I take Kei with me. so she can also have fun playing with water while her mom is trying to get rid of her nasty fat.
A week ago i read a blog by tiara, a fitness freak and also a great blogger. She mentioned in one of her posts that there is no need to weigh yourself every day. get rid of the scale. as long as your clothes fit you better, well that is enough to know. and there are also people who gain weight but they look slimmer and fitter. muscles. for sure.
Another thing is that I walk much more often. At the weekends I try to jog for at least 30 minutes. And also I have been consuming red rice now. No more white rice baby, very less nutrition compared to red or brown rice. I mix whatever I cook for lunch, as long as there are more veggies in it. I eat rice once a day. And I drink less coffee (sadly)
i dont see any muscles around me at the moment. Still I can feel that my pants fit me better and I can walk faster now  :p
The reasons why I want to be slimmer is that I want to stay strong, live longer, healthier, look and feel better wearing pretty outfits, and look good when I see myself naked after bath :)
